1. Terms
By accessing or using the Cognitive String platform, web application, or API gateways, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our services immediately.
2. Use License
Cognitive String grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform solely for your internal business operations. You agree not to reverse engineer the underlying AI agents, disrupt platform servers, or exceed API rate-limits.
3. Service Levels & Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability (targeting 99.9% uptime). However, we are not liable for operational downtime, data transfer delays, or accuracy limitations in the AI models' inference outputs.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings must be initiated in courts located in Bengaluru.
