2. How We Use Document Data
Documents and texts processed by Cognitive String are analyzed solely to perform the requested extraction, transcription, or classification steps. We do not store document payloads beyond the time required to complete the automation workflow unless explicitly requested under your database retention settings.
3. Security Standards
All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We enforce logical tenant isolation in our database layers to guarantee that your proprietary models and business records remain inaccessible to other users.
4. Third-Party Services
In order to execute your LLM-based triggers and processes, we transmit anonymized data queries to secure AI service providers (such as Google Gemini). These partners do not retain your data for model training purposes.
